Maina was admitted at the Aga Khan hospital after he injured his leg after he slipped during the Maina Kageni road trip in Kajiado in July.
The popular Maina and Kingangi show host has now been discharged from hospital and is currently recovering at home and is being attended to by a physiotherapists.
He shared a photo from one of his painful sessions on social media and captioned it
“Eugene Cotron….. one of the best physiotherapists in Nairobi….. painful but very effective…..#NoPainNoGain….. Thanks brother…..”
