Singer Bahati Tena a well known gospel singer has once left many at a loss of word after launching a foundation that will help and rehabilitate the children living on the streets and this is one of the many projects he is hoping to work on this year. Bahati explains it is only fair to help the society since he has ability to in one of his posts.
He also understands some of the hardships these children and families go through because he was once there. He is however not promising to adopt any more children but he hopes many children will benefit from his project.

Before I became Bahati Tena I promised God when He lifts me up I’ll always remember where I came from. And always share with the Needy especially the Orphaned that’s why I chose to take care of Morgan,Rose & Purity despite of my Young age. It doesn’t mean that I earn alot from Music,No.. but sijawahi taka kuona msee aki go through life nishawahii that’s why every week I get unknown visitors knocking my Door especially Street kids but watu wangu Simnajaua siwezi adopt Watoi zaidi.. But Finally God has made it possible Today I had Lunch with Thousands of Street Kids From Nairobi Area as I involved them in Launching my Foundation. BAHATI TENA FOUNDATION. Glory to God I will be taking at least (Twenty)20 Street Boys & Girls to school each year. Glory to God again BAHATI TENA CHILDREN HOME will be starting in months Time.
